Welcome to TipsApp. This service is operated by Tipsy ("we", "us", "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application ("App").

2. Information We Collect

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect via the App includes:

• Personal Data for Pros (Waiters): To register as a service professional ("Pro"), we collect your full name, a profile photo, and your bank account details (Bank Name, IBAN) for payout purposes.
• User-Generated Content: We collect data you voluntarily upload, including new workplace location details (Name, Coordinates) and feedback you provide (Ratings, Comments).
• Location Data: We collect your device's location to assist you in creating new workplace listings, to verify a Pro's location, and to show nearby Pros to Tippers.
• Transaction Information: We log information about the tips you send or receive, such as the amount, timestamp, rating, and optional comment. We do not collect or store your personal banking login or payment card details directly; these are handled by our payment partner.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Provide the core service of locating and tipping Pros.
• Facilitate payments through our third-party payment initiation service provider (Paysera).
• Display public profiles, including photos and aggregate ratings, to other Users.
• Verify and list new workplace locations created by Users.
• Improve our App and user experience.

4. Who We Share Your Information With

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations:

• With Third-Party Service Providers: We share necessary transaction data with our payment initiation partner, Paysera, to process your tips. The payment process is handled on their secure platform.
• Publicly on the App:
  • Pros: Your name, profile photo, and workplace location are visible to other Users to allow them to identify and tip you.
  • Feedback: Ratings and comments left by Tippers may be displayed publicly on a Pro's profile.
• By Law or to Protect Rights: If we believe the release of information about you is necessary to respond to legal process, we may share your information as permitted or required by any applicable law.

5. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.
